Amanda's Jumping Shrimp
Mix in a bowl:2oz. Fish Sauce
2 Green Onions chopped
¼ Red Onion chopped
1 clove Garlic chopped
1-3 Thai Chili chopped (depending on how hot you want it)
2 sprigs Cilantro chopped
Pinch Sugar
Juice from 1 Lime
Toss with: One bag of precooked Cocktail Shrimp (30-40 count) thawed
Serve on a platter over a bed of Butter Lettuce leaves
