Num Pan Satch
Mix together in a bowl: 1 Egg beaten
2-3 chopped Green Onions
Handful chopped Cilantro
1.5 tsp Salt
1 tsp Pepper
Add and mix to form meat paste:
1 lb.Ground Pork
Slice a French Baguette on an angle to form pretty ½ inch thick pieces.
Spread a tablespoon of meat paste on each slice and flash fry, meat side down, for 2 minutes in a pan of hot vegetable oil
Serve warm.
