Instructions to complete an international order
We are more than happy to send your book order internationally but first we need some specific information. Please send us an email which includes the following information: Name, full shipping address including postal code and country, phone number and number of books you would like to purchase.

Once we receive your information, we will look up the shipping costs and email you a Google Checkout Invoice which will be for the cost of the book(s) plus shipping. The email invoice will contain a link with "Pay Now through Google Checkout." You will be able to pay with your credit card quickly and securely online at our Google Checkout. We will send you an email thank you and confirmation once you complete the online payment. We will send you another email when the order is shipped.

We appreciate your patience in taking these extras steps to complete an international order.

P.S.: International customers are also welcome to purchase directly from Amazon.com as the shipping costs may be cheaper.
